Three pairs of mounting brackets for Sortimo, Bosch L-BOXX tool and storage cases, low profile footprint, with a good nesting function. Brackets may be used to secure the L-BOXX on a shelf, rolling cart, dolly, wall or counter top type installation by creating a mounting nest. The L-BOXX snaps onto the locating features. Each bracket has 4 clearance holes which will work with up to a #10 flat head fastening screw. These brackets are manufactured by injection molding. This clip set is more than 5X stronger

Uses 4 #10 flat head screws to attach. Injection molding is far superior to 3D printed mounts. 3D printed mounts are like wood, the layers of the printer are weaker, just like a wooden board is much weaker across the grain than with the grain.

These brackets are constructed of glass filled polypropylene which has better impact strength and are suitable for the high temperatures of a work van or truck in the hot summer sun, 3d printed plastics such as PLA and HIPS will stress relieve in the higher temperatures. For instance if the clip system is used on a wall or ceiling, the load of the L-BOXX will cause a PLA or HIPS plastic part to deform to the point of failure. PLA is more brittle and fractures more easily under an impact load as well.

Preliminary load testing with a Sortimo L-BOXX model 102 holds in excess of 220 lbs tension without any sign of failure or excessive deflection. Keep in mind that road bumps can easily create g-loads in excess of 4g, which in effect increases the weight of the sortimo box by over a factor of 4. If you are traveling with stacked boxes in the clips, put the heaviest box on the bottom.
